The structural warranty covers defects that occur during manufacturing. If inspection of an item shows signs of damage from normal wear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or alterations of the jewelry, this warranty will be voided and the item will not be covered. In such cases, repairs can be made but charges will apply.
CubicZirconia.com cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler. Please be advised that if any other jeweler works on your jewelry (including resizing, engraving, stone setting, rhodium, etc) this warranty will be voided. In such cases, repairs can be made but charges will apply.

Our Cubic Zirconia are created to not only look identical to a perfect mined diamond, but our CZ act the same way too, meaning just like a diamond it is possible for them to scratch or crack if it is mistreated or not cared for properly. But if you ever experience a problem with your CZ, we'll fix it or replace it at no cost. Just ship it to us and we’ll take care of your exchange.

CubicZirconia.com cannot guarantee the work of another jeweler and your loose stone warranty will be voided if another jeweler damages your loose stone. Damage caused to your Cubic Zirconia loose stones during stone setting or jewelry work by another jeweler will not be covered for replacement under this warranty.
We strongly recommend that if you are having a jeweler other than CubicZirconia.com set your Cubic Zirconia loose stones, you specifically choose a jeweler who is experienced working with CZ. Make sure to tell your jeweler that your stone is CZ and not a diamond; without special equipment our Cubic Zirconia are visually indistinguishable from diamonds and they may be set improperly and damaged.
When sending a loose stone, ring or jewelry item back to CubicZirconia.com for service or repair, please first email repairs [AT] CubicZirconia.com to receive the Warranty/Repair Form. At this time you will be provided with clear email instructions for shipment and the proper address to ship your repair package.

If we determine that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit or refund.

Custom-Designed Jewelry 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Because of the intensive work needed to bring your dream jewelry to life, custom orders you design through our “Design-Your-Own Jewelry” program are considered services once they are manufactured and delivered to you. Therefore, custom-designed items are not products and are not eligible for return for refunds or exchange credits under our policy. This includes any jewelry from our existing collection that is modified according to customer instructions to the extent that a new CAD design is created and customer approval is received on the design prior to manufacturing.
All laser-engraved products, special-design metal finished products, and laser-pattern engraved products are considered custom orders and as such are also not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchange credits. CAD deposits made prior to manufacturing are non-refundable in any way once the digital design has been rendered and presented for approval.

We will then work with you to further refine the design you received to exceed your expectations. We will repair a workmanship defect at no extra cost to you.
