They went above and beyond for me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It meant so much to me since it was a replica of an heirloom. I really can’t thank them enough.

I accidentally washed a jacket with my Grandmother’s mother’s pin on it and lost one of the stones from it. A jeweler would not touch it, saying I had to find a stone for it myself. I was so pleased to not only find one quite easily, but I now have the pin restored to perfect again. Thank you!
