Hi F, we saw your review come through for your earring order and are also disappointed that our previous email to reach you for confirmation about your order didn't seem to go through to you. The earring that you ordered was one of two earring products on our site that is for a SINGLE EARRING, not a pair of earrings. The product title says as much and the product description also describes the earring 'This Round Cut Cubic Zirconia earring will include 1 (one) total earring and includes a free gift box.'
Primarily we see this product purchased by men looking to wear an earring on one side, or for someone looking for a replacement of one lost earring of a pair to complete their existing set. It has been ordered by mistake from someone looking for a pair of earrings before and that's why we did want to confirm your order before manufacturing. When we didn't hear back from you we went ahead and manufactured your earring order as it was ordered, a single earring.
I can definitely understand your frustration as you were expecting an earring set and now are left with a single earring. For your order, my original question remains. Did you want a:
A. pair of earrings that would be 0.75 carat each side (which would be 1.5 carat TGW).
B. Or maybe a pair of earrings which would have a total carat weight of 3.0 carats, or 1.5 carat each side
The size of your current earring is 1.5 carats, which as a pair would be 3.0 carats TGW.
First, the communication was spot on. Second, the rings were repaired, stones replaced cleaned and returned. They both look brand new. Excellent quality work. I'm very appreciative of the quality and care given to my repairs. Thank you!!!
