I accidentally washed a jacket with my Grandmother’s mother’s pin on it and lost one of the stones from it. A jeweler would not touch it, saying I had to find a stone for it myself. I was so pleased to not only find one quite easily, but I now have the pin restored to perfect again. Thank you!

I purchased two .75 trillion & one 3 carat round cut stones. The 3 carat round color was much darker than the trillions. In essence, I cannot use them together in jewelry. I have ordered from other companies in the past without any problems. Maybe I the incorrectly assumed your stones would be the same color or missed the fact I needed to order them differently from your company. Please rectify this issue.

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the stones that you received.
What you're likely seeing is the difference in the refraction of light the dark velvet of the gem jar through the larger stone, which has a depth almost double the smaller. Both stones, the 6.0mm trillion and 9.5mm round, are cut from the same clear raw material.
I've sent you some images of a ring setting with similar stone sizes (10.0mm round and 4.0mm trillion) so you can see that once the stones are in a setting and the light is able to reach both the top and bottom of the stones (as opposed to being held or laying on a surface that reflects colored light into the stones), the light for both the larger and smaller stones looks the same. There is not a color difference between these stone sizes and the raw material is all the same, colorless/white.
